The Faculty of Science at South China Agricultural University (SCAU) required a qualified Native English Teacher for the 2003-2004 academic year. The successful applicant will be teaching on a franchised foundation programme in collaboration with a British University.
华南农业大学理学院在2003~2004学年需要一位合格的母语为英语的外国英语老师。应聘成功者将教授与一所英国大学合作的、得到政府批准的基础学年项目。
This position would suit a committed teacher who wants to make a real contribution to the continuing success of the foundation programme.

Requirements:
l Degree and CELTA, ESL, TESOL
l At least 2 years university level teaching experience
l Preference given to candidates currently residing in China
l Teaching 16 hours per week (one teaching hour equals 45 mins)
l Lessons are scheduled from Monday to Thursday. (This will include evening teaching)
l An additional 8 hours (45 mins x 8) of testing, administration, material development and staff meeting
l Knowledge of British academic system would be beneficial but not compulsory.
