Responsibility:
Lead the Business Unit / Ensure the budgeted goals
Report to the General-Manager

·Identify potential customers in the extrusion application for the food and non food industry
·Organize sales meetings with clients
·Ensure client’s specifications and needs and prepare quotations for clients
·Prepare independently technical and technological solutions for client
·Lead and support tests in our laboratories worldwide
·Support our Research and Development-Department in our Headquarters
·Control the Fulfillment in teamwork with the Engineering team
·Control, guide and lead commissioning
·Control and guide the After-Sales-Service in teamwork with the CS-Manager
·Control the internal Procurement in teamwork with the Procurement/Engineering-Department.
·Control the internal manufacturing in teamwork with the Factory-Manager
·Control the Sub-Contractors in team-work with the Procurement and the Engineering
·Control the costs of running projects continuously
·Technical presentation and contract negotiation
·Develop and maintain good relationship with customers
·Acquisition of new projects and customers in the above mentioned field of industry
·Prepare sales budget, implement plans to achieve the sales targets.
·Plan for marketing programs and promotional activities
·Support head office delegates (sales and engineering) to fulfill their tasks in the PRC
·Conduct market and industry research and collect competitor’s information.
·Feedback timely sales, market fulfillment and service information to the General- Management

Qualification:
Technical Education in Process-Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Food- Engineering (preferably Master-Degree, a wide technical background is a requirement, post graduated education in business administration or equivalent would be of advantage.)

·Sound knowledge of the extrusion machinery market in China
·Sound knowledge of extrusion processes and applications
·Good knowledge in electronic control-systems, pneumatic and hydraulics
·Experienced in working out contracts
·Knowledge of food industry in China
·At least 5 years plant or sales working experience in the industry
·Good in PC package and operating system skills
·Friendly personality
·Prepared to travel extensively
·To be a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
·Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
