- Devise and implement a dealer/distribution policy by personal activity
- Evaluate and understand the capabilities of all dealers and decide on the appropriate product portfolio to match their profile
- Set and monitor agreed sales targets for each dealer bases on their product porfolio
- Ensure all dealers are visited and trained on regular basis
Qualification:
-Proven experience of selling through distribution
-Good technical understanding
-Basic knowledge of English
- Structured way of working with high self motivation
